Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital content and services, all purchases made on KinkyFeet are final and non-refundable, including:

• Subscription payments (monthly, recurring, or tier-based)
• Custom content requests
• Tips or support sent to creators
• In-app purchases or virtual features (if any)

Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed or undone.

2. Creator Content Responsibility

Each creator on KinkyFeet is an independent contributor responsible for the content they provide. We do not guarantee delivery timelines or quality of custom content, though we encourage open communication between fans and creators to ensure satisfaction.

If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact the creator directly through the messaging system first.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a transaction was made in error (e.g., fraudulent use of your payment method), please contact us at support@kinkyfeet.com within 7 days of the charge.

We will review the issue and may coordinate with our payment provider to investigate.

Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to any creator at any time. When you cancel:

• You will continue to have access to the creator's content until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged again.
• No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.

5. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse refund systems, issue repeated chargebacks, or violate our Terms of Service. Your account may be limited or permanently suspended if we detect fraudulent or bad-faith behavior.
